Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (NOON) CST will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During sales, promotions, and holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping

Processing Time: Up to 2 business days before shipment

Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after shipment
Economy Shipping

Express Shipping

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not at checkout.
Holiday & Promotional Shipping

Holiday and promotional orders may require up to 4 business days to process before shipment.

All promotional and holiday orders ship within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons.

Other uncontrollable events affecting our warehouse or shipping carriers
If delays occur due to these circumstances, orders will ship the next available business day.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ReddLuxxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

If additional documentation is needed, please email reddluxxe@gmail.com with your claim number and full details.

All premium hair orders are final sale.

No refunds or credits will be issued for carrier-related issues.
Signature Confirmation

A signature may be required upon delivery.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to signature requirements.
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct billing and shipping information.

Incorrect information may cause delays or order cancellation.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.

Please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout.
If an order has already begun processing or shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping and handling fees.
P.O. Boxes

We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders placed with a P.O. Box will be automatically canceled.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
ReddLuxxe is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. or carrier-related discrepancy. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.
