ReddLuxxe Hair Return & Refund Policy

At ReddLuxxe, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, raw, and unprocessed hair to our customers. We understand that purchasing hair products online can be a significant investment, and we are committed to providing the best experience possible. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair purchases once they have been opened, worn, or used in any way. This includes any alterations to the product, such as washing, combing, or styling.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective (e.g., visibly damaged packaging or hair that does not meet the quality standards described on our website), please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order.
In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit. Please note that we may require photos or video evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
3. Incorrect Orders
If we have made an error with your order (for example, you received the wrong product), please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue, either by offering a replacement or store credit. Please note that items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging to be considered for replacement.
4. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final. If you experience any issues with the product after receipt, we encourage you to reach out to us within the specified timeframe for assistance, as noted above.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if a return is requested for any reason other than an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as the order has not already been processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
